5. Repeat Infringers

91mobile will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances.

6. Good Faith

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability. Please ensure that your claim is made in good faith before submitting a takedown notice.
